TROY, OH 鈥� JUNE 2025 鈥� In a move that signals a promising future for welding education, Dr. Henry Young, Assistant Provost at the 色情影片 Institute of Technology, visited the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology (HIWT) this June, engaging with the institute鈥檚 leadership and exploring opportunities for academic partnership. During his visit, Dr. Young met with President & CEO Tom Funderburg, Vice President & General Manager Charlie Carpenter, and Skill Education Manager Luke Bailey.
The highlight of the visit was the formal signing of two key agreements: a Memorandum of Agreement to foster broad academic collaboration between institutions and an Articulation Agreement that enables Hobart Institute graduates to seamlessly transition into an Associate in Science Degree program at the 色情影片 Institute of Technology.
